Quality is at the centre of everything we do here at Vino Coco. From the sourcing of our wines and truffles, to the design and construction of our packaging, and the couriers we select to deliver the goods, we go the extra mile to ensure that everything is 100% perfect, every hour of every day.​
​We want you to be proud to give our products as gifts. That's why all of our gift sets are assembled by hand and with care, and we print any gift messages you require on one of our glossy Vino Coco notecards.​​
Our Delivery Commitment
We commit to you that all orders placed up to 2pm each day, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the very same day via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 shipping service. This is a premium Next Day service, with deliveries also being made on weekends, at no extra charge to you.

In 99% of cases this means that orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will arrive the very next day.
However, as with all courier services, this can't be guaranteed! We always recommend shipping your gifts with a day or two to spare, just to allow for unavoidable disruptions and delays within the postal system.

Also note that not all UK postcodes can benefit from this Next Day service - notable exceptions are some Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland addresses.
